Our CNC foundation allows us to efficiently meet customer needs for short prototype runs of one part, or mass production of over 10,000 pieces. Continual improvement / replacement of production equipment ensures state-of-the-art capabilities so that we can maintain the level of accuracy and precision required by customers. Current production emphases include 1) turning journals on shafts and screw stock with routine parts ranging from 6" to 34" long and 0.300" to .700" in diameter, 2) bushing and nut machining with routine parts ranging from 0.800" to 10" long and 0.800" to 5" diameter, 3) adapter machining with typical parts ranging from 0.500" to 2" in diameter with knurls, cross holes, and flats, and 4) machining castings using a variety of fixtures and rotary indexers. Common in-house secondary operations include: threading, tapping, and deburring.
